My elderly father lives alone and his boiler broke down during lockdown. Winston got to him within a few hours and fixed the boiler within 24 hours from the initial call. He wore PPE and kept me updated by phone, as I live some distance away. He didn't charge a call out either. In short, the service was faultless. Not only was he able to go round and assess the situation right away for me, he was able to get the new boiler installed quickly and efficiently without causing disruption to my tenants. We couldn’t recommend Winston enough; he managed a project for us that involved managing numerous Trades in our House update. Winston himself replaced all of the plumbing in our house, installed a new boiler, 60m2 of underfloor heating and replaced a main bathroom.
